Shipping policy

At Bitch Please Apparel, we aim to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days. During launches, pre-orders, sales or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Bitch Please Apparel is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be resent.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by Australia Post, courier delays, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

For pre-order items, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be stated on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are ready.

If your parcel arrives damaged, incorrect or appears to be missing, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details so we can help sort that shit out. 🖤
